About Keystone

Keystone Equity Group helps small business owners—especially home service businesses—get organized, stay on top of their numbers, and run smoother day to day.

I focus on practical support in the areas that often slow owners down: bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup and cleanup, quoting and invoicing workflows, lead follow-up, and simple reporting that helps you understand how the business is really performing.

The goal is not to overcomplicate your business with big systems or corporate jargon. It’s to put simple, useful processes in place so you can save time, stay organized, make better decisions, and focus on growth.

Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Leo Loria, founder and owner of Keystone Equity Group.

I started Keystone Equity Group because I’m passionate about helping local small business owners get organized, run more efficiently, and grow with confidence.

With an MBA and more than 10 years of experience in analytics, operations, and process improvement, I bring a practical, results-focused approach to every client relationship. My background includes supporting organizations such as Kroger, Penske, and GM, where I helped improve processes, identify savings opportunities, and create stronger systems for better decision-making.

Today, I bring that same mindset to small businesses—especially home service businesses—through bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup and cleanup, workflow improvements, reporting, and other back-office support that helps the business run smoother day to day.

My goal is simple: provide practical, customizable support that saves you time, reduces stress, and gives you more clarity and confidence as you grow.

Why Clients Work With Me

Practical support, analytical thinking, and systems that are built to work in the real world.

I bring a mix of analytical experience, process improvement thinking, and hands-on small business support to every client relationship.

With an MBA and more than 10 years of experience in analytics, operations, and continuous improvement, I’ve helped large organizations identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and make better business decisions. Today, I apply that same practical, results-focused mindset to help small business owners get organized, improve visibility, and build systems that support growth.

What sets my approach apart is that I focus on solutions that are useful, realistic, and tailored to the way your business actually operates. My goal is not to add complexity — it’s to help you simplify the back office, improve follow-through, and create more clarity in the day-to-day running of the business.
